What’s your opinion on a bisexual romance option where different things happen depending on your characters gender?

So currently, all the bisexual romance options are mostly identical whether your character is male or female, just with a couple of lines changed (“you’re a handsome man, Hawke”/“you’re a beautiful woman, Hawke”) or comments about engaging in the same sex relationship. Would there be value in romances where different things happened? Like a bisexual man whose never been with a man before and you’re his first, making it a self-discovery sorta thing. Meanwhile if you’re playing a woman you do other cool stuff. Or stuff not strictly related to gender, but different things happen.
