Initially Zevran thinks with his instincts and his body goes tense- kicking into survival mode far quicker than he’d like to admit, then he feels the soft lips on his jaw and the corners of his mouth and he relaxes into the warm touch of his lover.
‘‘You should be more careful, I could’ve stabbed you’‘ He hums, the assassin allowing his lover to do their worst.
‘‘Oh please, You’ve already failed to kill me once my love’‘ The warden hums, an innocent and warm smile on their face as the two allows their eyes to meet. ‘‘Despite, the face you make when you realize it’s me is adorable’‘
Zevran lets out a chuckle, the warmth in his chest spreading by the second and he cannot help but let out a soft chuckle.
